Kitesurf Master ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent app available on the Meta Quest platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information We Collect

Kitesurf Master is a standalone VR application. We do not operate servers that collect personal data from users. The app does not require account creation, login, or any form of personal identification to function.

Usage data and analytics may be collected by the Meta Quest platform as part of your use of the Meta Quest store and headset. This collection is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

Names, email addresses, or other contact information
Payment or financial data
Location data
Biometric data, including hand tracking data (processed entirely on-device by the Meta runtime)
Usage analytics or session recordings beyond what the Meta platform provides

3. Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through the Meta Quest Store. By purchasing and using Kitesurf Master, you are subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those documents at meta.com/legal.

4. Children's Privacy

Kitesurf Master is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address the issue.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
